MSM Attempts To Deligitimize President Trump – Day 2 Of Trump Presidency

One would think that main stream media would be able to control their bias and exercise enough restraint, to allow a peaceful transition of power, for the sake of our democracy.

Unfortunately, this was not to be, as Chris Wallace with Fox News spent a large majority of his time critiquing the fact that President Trump observed that there was a larger turnout at his inauguration, than at previous inaugurations.

Mr. Wallace stated that President Trump should not have addressed the size of the crowd, indicating that there were more pressing issues, after which, he then proceeded to spend the majority of his time analyzing.. the size of the crowd.  Strike one.

Not to be outdone, Charles Krauthammer did his analysis of President Trump’s address to the CIA.  Reaching the conclusion of his analysis, he determined that President Trump could have committed a war crime.  The evidence?  Why, Mr. Trump had ‘pondered’ on the oil in Iraq.  Strike two.

As if Charles Krauthammer and Chris Wallace had not already alienated a large majority of conservative populists, Juan Williams had to express his disbelief at how rude Sean Spicer, White House Press Secretary, was when he informed them in a prepared statement, that main street media and the press has promised to hold President Trump and his administration accountable, and to protect the integrity of the Trump Administration they would, in turn, be holding them accountable.  Needless to say this went over like a lead balloon with main stream media.  Bless his heart, Juan Williams was apoplectic!  Strike three.

Having included just a few tweets to allow you to feel the pulse of Fox News audience, I will at this time attempt to educate these confused gentlemen, by reminding them of why the relationship between the Trump administration and the press is being redefined.

From the day that Donald J. Trump announced his candidacy, main stream media ridiculed and mocked him.  The false allegations that were made against him, were reported continuously, twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week, without one shred of evidence.

The good people of this country sat back, helplessly, while a good, Christian man was being  persecuted.  We listened, and we communicated with Mr. Trump on a daily basis.  We researched every accusation that was ever made against him, by the media, and we found that Mr. Trump was exactly who he presented himself to us as being.

We watched while his wife, Melania Trump, was falsely accused of acts that she has never been guilty of.  We saw a beautiful, elegant, genteel woman, who is faithful to her husband and a mother who devoted her time to raising their son.  We found a woman who was carrying out the duties of a wife and mother, as God instructs a woman to do.

We observed Mr. Trump work tirelessly identifying and explaining to us, We The People, the problems that our country was facing, and why we were having to contend with them.  But, he did not leave us dejected .. rather, he offered us solutions, and he filled our hearts with a new hope.

Mr. Trump was picked apart by members of Congress, the media, political analysts, pundits, and Barack Obama, the traitor who was residing in our White House.  They were like Buzzards circling a fresh kill.  This is what he, and we, woke up to every day and went to bed with every night.  It was not pretty.

We were trying to reconcile in our minds how Mr. Trump, the man that we knew him to be, could possibly be the monster they purported him to be.  It was irreconcilable.

It is due to these irreconcilable differences that President Trump, and We The People have chosen to redefine our relationship with the press and main stream media.

You will no longer feed us lies, half-truths and innuendoes, without being called out and giving an account.  Indeed, we will call you out as ruthlessly as you did, Mr. Trump.

President Trump and we, his supporters, are good, honest, hard-working people, and we all deserve respect, and we deserve truth.  If you can’t report truth.. then, please, spare us the lie.

This is just day two.
